Glazed balconies, plastic windows, insulated facades, self-built additions to apartments in residential buildings and many other examples of unauthorized changes, completed within the city’s historical heritage area, have been embodied in the satirical illustrations of Oksana Vaskiv. The questions about the role and responsibility of the city residents in this destructive process were sought to discuss during the “Improved” Heritage project.
